Part Time Bookkeeper
Cyberark International is a rapidly growing educational consulting company located in West Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper/office assistant who will be available to start as soon as possible to work approximately 20 hours per week and will be available Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm daily. Compensation depends on experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording and maintaining company financial information (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
- Recording and maintaining financial information for individual projects
- All accounts payables/receivables
- Client invoicing
- Post bills / receivables / QB data entry
- Monthly timesheet collection/employee expense auditing/issuing payroll checks
- Daily filing and office organization
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts
- Administrative work on HR issues
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of college coursework
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Minimum two years of bookkeeping experience
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and willing to commit long-term
- At least two professional references
- Work experience at an educational institution a plus
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese a plus
- Clean background check
