Part Time Bookkeeper

Cyberark International is a rapidly growing educational consulting company located in West Los Angeles.  We are currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper/office assistant who will be available to start as soon as possible to work approximately 20 hours per week and will be available Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm daily.  Compensation depends on experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recording and maintaining company financial information (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Recording and maintaining financial information for individual projects
  • All accounts payables/receivables
  • Client invoicing
  • Post bills / receivables / QB data entry
  • Monthly timesheet collection/employee expense auditing/issuing payroll checks
  • Daily filing and office organization
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card accounts
  • Administrative work on HR issues
  • Other miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of college coursework
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Good knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Minimum two years of bookkeeping experience
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and willing to commit long-term
  • At least two professional references
  • Work experience at an educational institution a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese a plus
  • Clean background check
